Rheumatoid Arthritis is one of the rheumatic diseases characterized by pain, inflammation and physical disability that it causes in people who suffer from it. RA is a chronic, autoimmune disease that indiscriminately affects young people and adults, generates a significant impact on the quality of life of the patient and causes a significant economic and social cost. From the initial phases of the disease, RA significantly affects the daily activities of those who suffer from it, not only in physical functional capacity, but also in social, psychological and economic activities. In this sense, RA generates a significant cost for the general health system and for society as a whole.
